Jako kierownik projektów w latach 1999-2001, nabywałem pierwszych doświadczeń w planowaniu i realizowaniu projektów związanych z wdrażaniem aplikacji internetowych i projektowaniu stron WWW.
Począwszy od roku 2007 kieruję projektami wdrożeniowymi SAP.
Posiadam certyfikat oraz praktyczną wiedze z zakresu metodyki zarządzania projektami Prince II i w pracy zawodowej często łącze te narzędzia z popularną dla projektów SAP metodyką ASAP.
W latach 2004-2010 korzystałem w pracy zawodowej z metodyki PM@SIEMENS opartej głównie na PMBOK (PMI). W roku 2010 ukończyłem szkolenie z zakresu PMI - Project management essentials.

Od roku 2004 zajmuje sie wdrażaniem systemu SAP w zakresie modulów planowania i sterowania produkcją oraz zarządzana jakością. OD roku 2005 posiadam certyfikat konsultanta SAP z zakresu modułu PP/APO. Poznanie złożonych procesów produkcyjnych wielu segmentów rynku było jednym z najciekawszych doświadczeń tego okresu.

Informatyka była moją pasją a przerodziła sie z zawód i sposób na życie. Studia podyplomowe z zakresu inżynierii oprogramowania (oparte na MS SQL Server i .NET) miały za zadanie ugruntować wiedzę, uporządkować, poukładać.
W latach 1996-1999 zajmowałem się zawodowo projektowaniem stron WWW i pisaniem aplikacji na potrzeby stron internetowych. Wykorzystywałem dostępne wtedy technologie (Java, Perl, JScript) do tworzenia aplikacji które wprowadzały nowe rozwiązania dla sklepów internetowych (np: dvd.com.pl 1999r), internetowych aukcji (np. empik.com 1998r). Projektowałem też pierwsze interfejsy dla urządzeń wykorzystujących HTML (np. popularne dzis routery).
